My boyfriend and I are driving through the Rock Spring Park light display tonight. I’m getting pretty excited (silly, I know).
I don’t think I went at all last year, and then Christmas was over before I really felt I had gotten into the spirit. But thanks to Wednesday night off this week — that won’t happen this year (and to think — it’s only November!).
I tried an experiment the other night. I don’t claim to be as good of a photographer as some of my Telegraph colleagues, but I like to take a photo here and there. Armed with a digital camera (not the most advanced one, I should warn you), I found a couple spots downtown that are lit up and pretty:
